Yes. We offer private sessions for groups of 6-12 people—perfect for corporate events, hen parties, or birthday celebrations. Contact us with your preferred craft, date, and group size for a quote.
Full refund up to 7 days before the session. 50% refund or free transfer to another date 3-6 days before. Within 72 hours, we can only offer transfers subject to availability. We recommend booking well in advance for popular workshops.
Yes, in any amount from £25 upwards. Vouchers can be used for workshops, supplies, or studio sessions. Valid for 12 months from purchase. Available in-store or via email delivery.
Our premises are step-free with accessible facilities. Let us know about any specific needs when booking and we'll work with you to ensure you can participate fully. We've adapted workshops for participants with visual impairments, limited mobility, and other requirements.
For Open Studio sessions, absolutely. For structured workshops, we provide all materials to ensure everyone starts with the same quality supplies. If you have specific preferences, mention them when booking—we can sometimes accommodate.
