Cancellation Terms

Cancellations made 7 or more days before the workshop date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations 3-6 days before receive a 50% refund or free transfer to another date. Within 72 hours of the workshop, we can only offer transfers subject to availability.

We reserve the right to cancel workshops due to insufficient enrolment, instructor illness, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative date.

User Accounts
